Why Green?

The color green has a strong association with nature, new beginnings, and growth. Being rooted and remembering where we come from keeps us grounded. 🌱

Green also represents the color for November’s National Runaway & Homeless Youth Awareness Month. The Forest Pack is to acknowledge our young adults and families experiencing homelessness.

This represents a period of my life when I too lived out of my car and crashed on friend’s couches and bunk beds. A reminder of where I come from and what it means to me whenever I see the community wear anything from our Forest Pack. 🌲
